That set two requirements. The flow had to stay quick on a small screen. And it could not compromise personal data: a portrait identifies a person, so privacy had to be built into the architecture from the start. 02 Design and build ## From portrait to scene, on a phone We built Enviable AI as a privacy-first web product designed for the phone. A person uploads a portrait, picks a scene template and the GenAI engine generates the aspirational image. The interface is responsive and the flow stays fast from upload to result.
