In short
Peoplesnap is our own photobooth product, from Slash Experience: a white-label web app that turns each guest's phone into the activation. Guests scan a QR code, take a selfie and get an AI-edited photo for social media, print or a DOOH mosaic, while the brand collects first-party data. We presented it at CES Las Vegas 2024, and it has now reached 35,000 users across more than 50 experiences, from Mouton Cadet to We Love Beer.

01 The context

## Where the classic photo booth falls short

Brands want user-generated content and engagement at their events. Traditional photo booths make that hard to scale. They bring heavy logistics and hardware costs, capture little useful data, and produce photos that are awkward to share on social media. We created Peoplesnap in 2023–2024 to take the booth out of the equation and put the experience on the phone every guest already carries.

02 Design and build

## A photobooth with no booth

Every campaign runs on the same core, dressed in the client's brand. A guest scans a QR code, allows the camera, takes a selfie and completes the form. Peoplesnap edits the photo in seconds, live moderation checks it, and it goes out to social media, to print or into a mosaic on the event screens. Each entry also lands in the CRM, and the back office tracks participation.

For CES Las Vegas 2024, the flow invited visitors to join a giant mosaic and try to win tickets for the Sphere. After the selfie, guests left their email to receive the mosaic as a digital memento. The same structure, restyled each time, has served Mouton Cadet, La French Tech Bordeaux, CEA Marcoule, Denver Pub Crawl, With Agency and We Love Beer.

For the Virtual Worlds Association forum (2–3 November 2026) we built a demo for D-Way Creative Studio, which pitches the web app to cities, museums, heritage sites and theme parks. Visitors scan the QR code, leave their email with consent and go through a welcome in English, French or Spanish, with a map that draws the way to the photo spot. At the end they get a Belle Époque souvenir portrait generated with Gemini. The photo experience comes from Nigloland; the D-Way layer is new (15 files, 3,631 lines), with a /stand screen showing live counters and an admin panel that exports leads as CSV.

CES 2024 flow: join the giant mosaic, allow the camera, confirm the selfie, get the mosaic by email.

01 Product

### White-label web app, not a booth

Custom design (logo, copy, colours, backgrounds). Guests scan a QR, allow the camera, take the selfie and complete the form. Nothing to install, nothing to ship, nothing to build on site.

-
02 AI

### Creative edit in seconds

100+ parameters: custom background, upscaling, relighting, avatars and cartoons, face swap, animated GIF, lip sync and live moderation so content is checked before it hits a screen or social.

-
03 DOOH

### From phone to jumbo screen

Photos feed digital mosaics and live camera in stadiums, trade shows, festivals and brand parties. The same flow that creates social UGC powers the event's screens: Peoplesnap as the participation layer for DOOH.

-
04 Data

### First-party data and back office

Built-in forms, challenges and sweepstakes. CSV export, participation analytics and a back office to tune the experience on the fly. GDPR end to end.

Client flows on peoplesnap.io, with the product promise: 1 content, 1,000 possibilities.

The selfie capture step in the phone's browser: one button, no app to install.

CES 2024 welcome screen: join the giant mosaic and try to win Sphere tickets, in three steps.

Mouton Cadet event: guests pick their Mouton Cadet to generate a custom experience.

La French Tech Bordeaux night: the flow in French, under the event's own branding.

CEA Marcoule family day: the phone flow that feeds the day's digital mosaic.

Denver Pub Crawl with a Mardi Gras theme: the same three steps, restyled for the event.

With Agency summer party: the flow in the agency's black-and-white identity.

We Love Beer festival: each selfie joins the digital mosaic, in the festival's gold branding.

D-Way demo: the welcome page, in English, French or Spanish, with the four benefits the web app brings a venue.

The live map draws the visitor's path, numbers the stops and marks «You are here» on the shop where the photo spot waits.

The /stand screen for the VWA forum sets out the three steps: scan the QR code, enter an email, take a selfie.

A real Gemini result from the demo, with the Nigloland mascot in front of the camera: an 1887 World's Fair postcard.

04 Outcomes

## Zero hardware, measurable return

A Peoplesnap activation goes live in hours, not weeks, scales to the size of the crowd and needs no hardware beyond the guest's smartphone. Its return is measurable in user-generated content, organic reach and data. For brands, it is a direct bridge from a fan's phone to the screens of a stadium, a trade show or a festival, GDPR-aligned from end to end.

- Nothing to install, ship or build on site
- 7+ campaigns, from Mouton Cadet to CES Las Vegas 2024
- First-party data into the CRM, with CSV export and analytics
- The same product, restyled for every brand
