In short
Slash Digital Lab does custom software development from Bogotá for companies tired of per-seat licenses: owned products that replace that SaaS, chapter by chapter, with the integrations your operation demands. The roadmap becomes yours again.

Reference program: Planet Fitness Mexico turned ServiceDesk off with owned ticketing and shipped PF Rooms; JCDecaux Mexico digitized purchasing and inventory with Paperless. In Australia, Rose Legal replaced Smokeball with its own legal software, with zero paid seats. Based in the US? We work as your nearshore development partner, on your hours.

What we deliver

## What software we build

From ticket to contract: systems operations use daily and leadership can audit.

01

### Ticketing & service desks

Multi-area, with SLAs, QR-tagged assets, surveys and dashboards. Zero per-seat licensing.

02

### Internal operations

Purchasing, inventory, work orders and approvals with audit-ready traceability.

03

### Vertical platforms

Practice management, publishing, back office: your domain turned into product.

04

### Corporate integrations

Microsoft Graph, Exchange, ERP and corporate SSO from day one.

How we work

## The SaaS-exit program

-

### License inventory

What you pay, what's used, what hurts, and what to turn off first.

-

### Chapter 1

The module that hurts most gets designed, built and shipped first.

-

### Controlled coexistence

We run in parallel with real data; the areas sign off before shutdown.

-

### Switch off, repeat

License gone, savings measured; the next chapter enters the backlog.

Scope and deliverables

## What the program delivers

- **License:** Turned off once coexistence is validated.

- **Data:** Phased migration with rollback.

- **Access:** Corporate SSO and roles.

- **Audit:** Logs and exportables for internal control.

- **Roadmap:** The client's, not the vendor's.

- **Examples:** ServiceDesk → owned ticketing · Smokeball → practice management.

Frequently asked questions

## The questions we hear often

**Is building cheaper?**
Over 2–4 years of recurring licenses, almost always; and the asset is yours. Discovery delivers the numbers.

**What about data migration?**
Phased migration with controlled coexistence and a rollback plan.

**Who maintains the software?**
Slash, through coexistence and after shutdown: support is included for the first two months after delivery, then on the support plan you choose.

**Corporate integrations?**
SSO, Microsoft Graph/Exchange, ERP and whatever your operation demands.

**Do we start with the most expensive?**
We start with what hurts most: sometimes not the biggest license, but the most blocked process.

**How much does it cost and how long does it take?**
It depends on scope, integrations (SSO, ERP, Microsoft Graph), data migration and how long the SaaS and the new software run side by side. We quote after a free first read, and discovery compares it with what you pay in licenses today. It ships in chapters: the first one works long before the full switch-off. Every quote is precise and tailored to your project; as a reference, a native iOS and Android app starts at around €10,000.

**Who owns the code, and how do you protect our data?**
The code and IP of what we build for you are yours. Access runs through corporate SSO and roles, every action lands in exportable logs for internal control, and migration happens in phases, with rollback. We sign an NDA before any sensitive data comes in and apply strict compliance standards, starting with Colombia's data protection law (Ley 1581 of 2012) and the GDPR whenever European data is involved.

**What technology do you build it with?**
Mostly with Node.js, Next.js and Python, plus Flutter for iOS and Android apps; we choose case by case, and the decision is written down: Rémy Sanchez, CTO, approves every technical decision on stack, performance and security. We integrate with what your operation already uses, such as corporate SSO, Microsoft Graph and Exchange or your ERP, as in PF Rooms for Planet Fitness Mexico.

**Who works on the project, and on what hours?**
A small senior core plus specialists per project, always with a named owner. We work from Bogotá, on UTC-5 all year, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, in Spanish, English or French. If your company is in the US, we work as your nearshore partner, on your hours.

**Where do you host the application and the data?**
Mainly on Supabase (database, authentication and storage), OVHcloud and Microsoft Azure. We pick the provider and region based on the data residency your case requires and what your company already uses, and we handle personal data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and the GDPR in Europe.
