December 2022. Developing a digital experience for Cartier Colombia in the form of an interactive photobooth that allows users to create customized GIFs featuring the brand's iconic products and share them on social media. A pop-up store is set up at the Centro Andino in Bogota.

Slash Digital Lab developed a project for Fanki to reconstruct a digital collectible stamp album, like Panini albums, for Club América of Mexico. Users with duplicate stamps could share them on Twitter or Facebook, with the default message containing a Club América hashtag. The link included a unique ID identifying the user and stamp. Other platform users could click the link to access the corresponding stamp exchange page. There, users could view the offered stamp and propose one for exchange. The duplicate stamp owner received exchange offers on a dedicated page, where they could accept or reject offers.

Creating a new software for the screens on Bogota's Transmilenio bus network, operated by JCDecaux, which allows users to view bus arrival predictions, weather forecasts, and messages from the city of Bogota.

With WITH, Slash Digital Lab boosted CHANEL EMEA's autonomy through a consulting mission: We formulated pragmatic actions to raise EMEA team independence and cut roll-out costs for smaller countries. We also designed a 5-year CHANEL EMEA strategy prioritizing business and customer experience, including a technology, operating model, and governance roadmap. The mission resulted in a comprehensive executive summary and two live proofs of concept on Chanel.com: a new carrier for last-mile delivery in Germany and efficient, rapid payment method implementation.

JCDecaux Mexico hired Slash Digital Lab to develop a tool allowing the management of all advances, reimbursements, work orders, and purchase orders related to its employees and activities in Mexico without the need to print any documents. The eco-friendly "Paperless" initiative, implemented in Python and connected to the company's SSO and SAP systems, enables the company to fulfill its environmental commitments.

At Mipim 2023 in Cannes, France, Tilal al Ghaf showcased two projects, Shore and Edge. Slash Experience designed an interactive digital experience on site, enabling engagement with key elements that define each project. This experience featured large screens displaying project videos and a dedicated landing page for the event.
