Do you handle sensitive data?

Is the output just a report?

The output is a plan someone can run: report, architecture, budget and roadmap.

How much does the consulting cost?

It is scoped by the size of your organization, which also sets its length: two to four weeks of diagnosis. We quote it after a free first read, and the output includes the cost per phase for build and operation, so you decide with numbers before investing in a build.

What do you need from our team?

Time from your leadership and teams for working sessions on processes, data and real pain points, plus access to information about your systems for the maturity diagnosis. If we move forward, we sign an NDA before any sensitive data comes in; for the first read, two lines are enough.
