Everything we do with your data

Data we process	Contact form: name, email, company, message and, if you provide them, project type, budget, timeline and how you heard about us. WhatsApp: the messages you send to Esteban Zuleta (+57 321 4119660). Browsing: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records page views, events, device type and approximate location under a pseudonymous identifier. We don't ask for sensitive data or data about minors.
Purposes	Answering your request and preparing proposals; managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship; measuring site use in aggregate (only with your consent); keeping the site secure and meeting legal obligations. We don't sell personal data or run third-party advertising.
Authorisation and legal bases	In Colombia we process your data with the authorisation you give when you send the form or write to us after being informed of this policy (Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013); we keep proof of that authorisation. In the European Union (GDPR): your consent for analytics; the pre-contractual steps you request by writing to us (Art. 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Processors and international transfers	Providers that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting of the site and the form), Google (Google Workspace for email and, if you accept it, Google Analytics 4) and Meta (WhatsApp). Google and Meta may process data in the United States; those transfers rely on the safeguards the applicable law requires (in the EU, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Retention	Messages and contact details: up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless they become a contractual relationship, in which case the applicable legal periods apply. Analytics: Google Analytics cookies last up to 2 years in your browser, and Google keeps the data for the period set in the account (14 months at most). Your cookie choice: 13 months.
Your rights (Law 1581, Art. 8)	To know, update and correct your data; to request proof of your authorisation; to be told how we use your data; to file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); to revoke your authorisation or request deletion; and to access your data free of charge. If you are in the EU you can also request portability and restriction, object, withdraw consent at any time and complain to your supervisory authority (for example the CNIL in France or the AEPD in Spain).
How to exercise them	Write to contact@slash-digital.io with your name, your request and a way to reach you. Responsible area: the management of Slash Digital Lab SAS. Queries: answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5, with the reason). Claims: within 15 business days (extendable by 8). Before going to the SIC you must first have filed the query or claim with us.
Security	Encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to messages and providers bound by confidentiality. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify the competent authority and the people affected as the law requires.
Effective date and changes	This policy applies from September 26, 2026. Any material change will be published here with its date; previous versions are available on request.
