Fans buy packs, place holographic stickers, trade duplicates with other fans and track their progress from any device, in Spanish or English. The sticker-album ritual now lives online, with no paper and no queues.

The sticker-album ritual, moved online
The goal was to move the excitement of a sticker album online without losing its rituals. Fans still had to open packs, fill pages and trade with the community, and Club América's brand had to stay present at every step, on mobile and on desktop. In digital form, the album also had to hold the store, the trades between fans and each collector's progress in one place.
Four tabs, one collection
With Fanki, we built a full web platform organized around four tabs: My album, My packs, Trades and Offers. Fans buy packs in the store and pay at checkout, open them to reveal holographic stickers, and place each sticker in the paginated album. Duplicates go to a fan-to-fan marketplace, where fans propose trades and make offers to each other.
To motivate collectors, a progress bar shows how much of the album is already complete, and a leaderboard adds the social push to finish the official collection. The whole experience works in Spanish and in English and wears the club's blue and yellow, on mobile as well as on desktop.
