The context

Contracts in spreadsheets, répartitions in inboxes

Rotary RM publishes music from the electronic scene in Paris. Its contracts and SACEM répartitions lived in spreadsheets and email, and there was no single space where the publishing team and the artists could see the same information. The publisher needed a product built for its own trade, able to follow the catalogue as it grows.

Design and build

From contract wizard to SACEM deposit

We built a web platform with two sides behind secure access: an admin space for the publisher and portals for artists and labels. The catalogue is the base. A new agreement starts in a contract wizard that walks the team through it step by step, then gets signed electronically without leaving the platform. SACEM deposits have their own assistant, and répartitions are kept in the same place instead of spreadsheets.

    Contracts without email chains

    Wizards structure each contract step by step and e-signatures close it in the platform, so agreements stop living in inboxes.

    SACEM in the workflow

    Deposits are prepared with a dedicated assistant and répartitions are kept in the platform, where they no longer depend on spreadsheets.

    Portals for artists and labels

    Artists and labels sign in to their own portal, inside the same secure space the publishing team uses for administration.

    A catalogue at the core

    Contracts, deposits and portals all build on the same catalogue, shared by the admin and artist sides behind secure access.

Outcomes

Digital publishing ops, ready to scale

Rotary RM's publishing operations are now digital. Contracts, signatures, SACEM deposits and répartitions sit in one space instead of spreadsheets and email, and artists reach the same platform through their portal. The result is a vertical product built for music publishing, ready to scale with the catalogue.
