Contracts in spreadsheets, répartitions in inboxes
Rotary RM publishes music from the electronic scene in Paris. Its contracts and SACEM répartitions lived in spreadsheets and email, and there was no single space where the publishing team and the artists could see the same information. The publisher needed a product built for its own trade, able to follow the catalogue as it grows.
From contract wizard to SACEM deposit
We built a web platform with two sides behind secure access: an admin space for the publisher and portals for artists and labels. The catalogue is the base. A new agreement starts in a contract wizard that walks the team through it step by step, then gets signed electronically without leaving the platform. SACEM deposits have their own assistant, and répartitions are kept in the same place instead of spreadsheets.

Wizards structure each contract step by step and e-signatures close it in the platform, so agreements stop living in inboxes.

Digital publishing ops, ready to scale
