Inventory and assignments under control
Corporate asset manager for JCDecaux Mexico: QR-tagged inventory, signed assignment letters, contracts, PDF/CSV reports and Admin IT / Auditor roles. Paperless’s operational counterpart.

For JCDecaux Mexico, we built the Asset Manager, the operational counterpart of Paperless. It brings corporate assets into one platform: a QR-tagged inventory, assignments to employees with signed assignment letters, contracts, and PDF and CSV reports, with Admin IT and Auditor roles. Asset operations are now digitized, with fewer assignment errors and exports ready for audit.

Who has what, and since when
Equipment, assignments and responsibility letters (cartas responsivas) lived in scattered documents, with no audit-ready traceability. Without a single source, it was hard to know which asset each employee had, since when, and whether the letter was signed, and nothing was ready to show an auditor. JCDecaux Mexico needed one platform for its corporate assets, designed as the operational counterpart of Paperless.
From corporate login to audit-ready export
We built the Asset Manager as a web platform with a corporate login. The flow follows an asset's life: it enters the inventory with its QR identifier (or arrives through a CSV import), is assigned to an employee with a signed assignment letter, is tracked over time with delivery and return dates, and shows up in the reports an audit asks for. Contracts, asset types, employees and system users each have their own section, and two roles, Admin IT and Auditor, organize access.

01
QR-tagged inventory
Assets carry QR identifiers, and the inventory shows totals, available and assigned items and total value, with search plus quick and advanced filters.
-
02
Traceable assignments
Assignments record the employee, the company, the delivery and return dates and the status, with active and finished assignments in plain view.
-
03
Reports built for audits
Reports show assets by category and by company, flag the ones with problems, and export to PDF, CSV or Excel when an audit needs them.
-
04
Admin IT and Auditor roles
The corporate login separates two roles, Admin IT and Auditor: the IT team and auditors work in the same platform, each with their own role.
Asset operations, digitized and audit-ready
JCDecaux Mexico now manages its corporate assets in one platform instead of scattered documents. Assets, assignments, contracts and employees sit in the same place, which reduces assignment errors. When an audit comes, the team exports the reports it needs in PDF, CSV or Excel. Paperless covers the processes and the Asset Manager covers the equipment: two sides of the same internal operations.
- Asset operations digitized in one platform
- Fewer errors when assigning equipment to employees
- Audit-ready exports in PDF, CSV and Excel
- Separate roles for the IT team and auditors
