Goose Byte · Sponge Break & The Signal

Two game worlds, one studio site

We built the Goose Byte site on a dual architecture: a landing for Sponge Break, a chaotic 1 to 4 player co-op, a page for The Signal, survival craft on a sentient planet, plus studio and press.

In short

Goose Byte is a game studio with two titles of opposite moods: Sponge Break, a chaotic co-op for 1 to 4 players with voice chat, and The Signal, a survival craft game on a sentient planet. We built a dual architecture: a landing for Sponge Break, a page for The Signal, and studio and press sections. The result is a living hub that takes each visitor to the right game in one click.

The context

Two opposite games, one studio brand

Goose Byte makes two titles of opposite moods. Sponge Break is a chaotic co-op for 1 to 4 players with voice chat: each player is a sponge on a raft, and the river is trying to destroy them. The Signal is a survival craft game on a sentient planet. The site had to sell both to players, press and community without diluting the studio brand.

Design and build

Two entrances, one studio

We built a dual architecture. The Sponge Break landing gets to the point: trailer, screenshots and access to the playtest. The Signal page shifts register, with a cinematic hero, the game's pillars and a gallery. Studio and press sections complete the site and hold the Goose Byte brand above both games.

  1. 01

    Sponge Break landing

Trailer, screenshots and a prominent playtest button: the landing takes players from a first look straight to the playtest.

  2. 02

    The Signal page

A cinematic hero, Stranded on Sirenis, the game's pillars and a gallery give The Signal its own tone, the opposite of Sponge Break.

  3. 03

    Studio and press

Studio and press sections gather what both games share, the Goose Byte brand, for players, journalists and the community.

Outcomes

A living hub for two games

Goose Byte now has a living hub for players, press and community. Sponge Break is in playtest, The Signal is on Steam, and each visitor reaches the right game in one click. The two titles keep their own tone within one studio brand.

  • Sponge Break in playtest, one click away
  • The Signal on Steam, with its own page
  • A living hub for players, press and community
  • Two opposite moods under one studio brand
